In early 2022 Katshipi delivered 17 tonnes of Ximenia seed to Biotrade Ventures.

This demonstrated that its partner communities have the capacity to reliably and sustainably supply indigenous plant ingredients for oil production, with significant opportunities for direct and indirect employment.
